This year we are pleased to introduce specific training sessions on Sunday mornings. Starting on July 7th, 7:00 am. Meeting at Pilbeam Drive turnoff, Sam Elaurant (Personal Trainer) will be on hand to assist any runners/walkers.
Cyclists - our original Ambassador Glen Chadwick will be organising cycling specific training.
